Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Management: Manage the Sales, Marketing, and Communication departments for the new real estate apartment project. 2. Sales & Business Development Duties: 2.1. Sales Management and Implementation: Research and plan market and competitor analysis to propose appropriate sales strategies to the Company Leadership based on actual market conditions. Evaluate and adjust plans to align with the actual situation, market conditions, and set objectives. Participate in building and strategic planning, execution planning, and training for the Sales team. Develop budgets and work plans for the relevant departments regarding product pricing costs, sales policies, and promotional programs for the project. Manage and organize activities related to product management and sales operations. Manage and organize business activities related to linking/cooperating with distribution units (agencies). Operate the sales showroom/gallery. 2.2. Pre- and Post-Sales Customer Search and Care: Search for and develop potential customers to serve the Project's business operations. Collect feedback from customers and propose possible changes or improvements. Consolidate and develop cooperative relationships with potential and loyal customers. Manage data, monitor, care for, and update customer information via email, phone, or direct meeting. Handle customer feedback and complaints. 3. Sales Marketing – Communication Duties: Research, plan, and execute the development of strategies and plans related to Marketing and Communication for the brand and the project. Implement plans and organize PR, Marketing programs, and activities under the direction of the Leadership team. Develop, manage, and plan the Marketing and Communication budget suitable for the project's sales strategy. Evaluate and adjust Marketing and Communication operational plans to align with the actual situation, market conditions, and set objectives. Develop and produce tools to support sales operations, such as (3D images, brochures, leaflets, project scale models (sa bàn), virtual scale models, etc.). Develop online & offline communication plans suitable for each sales phase of the project. Work with contractors/vendors to ensure that communication plans supporting sales are implemented effectively. 4. Reporting: Report work to the leadership levels on a daily basis. Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on the project's activities. 5. Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments within the project during the preparation and execution of sales, marketing, and communication tasks for the project.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in fields such as business administration, marketing, finance, economics, etc. ・Language: English – Business proficiency level. ・Experience: Candidates must have at least 3 – 5 years of experience managing real estate project sales/business. Has repeatedly achieved or exceeded sales targets. Able to withstand high work pressure and demanding goals. Quickly adapt to market changes and business opportunities. Possess in-depth knowledge of real estate products and services. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Possess relevant soft skills such as: presentation, communication, personnel management, problem-solving, relationship building, planning, and analytical evaluation. ・Ability to set personal goals and self-motivate to achieve them. ・Willingness to receive feedback for learning and development.
