Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Input trading contracts and shipping information into the S-ERP system. - Communicate with sales staff, suppliers, and forwarders to ensure smooth shipment handling - Receive shipping schedules and prepare documents for customs clearance - Follow up on shipments, request digital invoices from suppliers and final Bills of Lading from forwarders, and update all progress in the S-ERP system - Arrange accounts payable (AP) to suppliers and manage accounts receivable (AR) from customers.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, Accounting, Business, Economics, Logistics - Language: Korean - Business Level (Topik level 4~6 or equivalent) and English - Basic Level (speaking and writing) - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service Staff, Trading Admin, Import-Export staff, Merchandiser, Sales Admin, etc... - Personality: detail-oriented, high organizational skills, and ability to manage a number of transactions at the same time and prioritize own workload
