Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
* Administration:
- Hotel booking; Air ticket booking,
- Controlling Office supplies.
- Collecting invoice/ receipt & request payment to accounting members;
- Applying VISA/ Work-permit for Japanese members
- Applying for an Office license extension
- Liaison with the government for dealing with problems (if any)
* Coordinator:
- Receiving customer PO & FC & Input into ISAS systems
- Working out the delivery schedule with the factory & informing customers
- Adjusting delivery schedule with factory if customer requests
- Coordinating with Logistics members to arrange shipments & send shipping docs to customers
- Submitting sales estimation every month-end
- Controlling payment records for all transactions
- Coordinating with the salesman for issues related to quality problems, delivery problems, or other requirements from customers
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in International Trading; Commerce; Business; Administration
・Language: English - Business Level
・Working experience: At least 3 years of experience in Admin/ Coordinator position.
・Other:
- Ability to use Lotus Notes and Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Being a hardworking, careful person and team working spirit
