Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Provide quotations to customers.
- Prepare bidding documents, review and gather technical documents related to the bidding package, and submit tender proposals.
- Draft contracts and related contractual documents.
- Enter Sales orders into the system software and monitor order progress.
- Coordinate with other departments (purchasing, accounting, engineering, logistics, import-export, etc.) to track and arrange timely delivery of goods to the construction site in accordance with the project schedule.
- Handle project-related issues, receive customer feedback, and resolve basic customer complaints.
- Monitor customer payments and outstanding debts.
- Consolidate and analyze sales data; prepare periodic reports for the department manager.
- Perform other tasks as assigned (if any).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Female preferred
- Age: 24 - 35
- Education: Bachelor's
- Language: English - Intermediate Level (Be able to read/write/speak English)
- Experience:
- Have more than 3 years of experience in any of the following positions:
>Sales
>Sales Administration Staff
>Sales Coordinator
- Have working experience in any of the following industries:
>Construction (focused on factories and plants)
>Plant engineering
>Machinery manufacturers
>Trading companies (handling machinery and equipment for factories and plants)
< Preferable Skill/ Experience >
- Experience:
- Experience in related tasks, procurement, and purchasing support
- Experience in project coordination (scheduling and delivery management)
- Mandarin - Intermediate Level (equivalent to HSK 5)
