Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
· Business development into Vietnam electronics industry with company's target application/ market segment and create new business.
· Building strong relationships with local customers, and distributors to expand customer base, especially local business with R&D capability.
· Sales promotion and provide in-depth technical support & field application for products.
· Driving and motivating Distributors to expand sales promotion activity.
· Preparing quotations, price maintenance, samples, forecast management, and delivery expediting.
· Handling QA-related issues, Environmental/ Conflict Materials/ BCP Info, and others.
· Grasping Vietnam Government's new legislations and policies and sharing information.
<Key Accountabilities>
· Manage customers and distributors assigned to achieve sales targets.
· Develop new business with our target applications and growing market segment in Vietnam.
· Support Marketing activities like conducting surveys for new applications, new markets, and preparation for trade shows, seminars, or Customer Day.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, majors in Business/ Electrical/ Electronics Engineering
- Experience: From 2 to 3 years of working experience in sales or business development for Microdevices
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
o Good knowledge of the Electronics industry
o Must be willing to travel and meet customers.
o Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication and negotiation skills, both written and spoken.
o Independent, highly motivated, pro-active and result oriented.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
o Candidates with Field Application Technical Support experience is also preferred to apply.
