Work Time:
-Monday - Friday (8AM - 5PM)
-Saturday on rotation (8AM - 3PM)
Salary Range: Salary and position offered will depend on candidate’s experience and skill
-Assistant Manager (Gross 950 – 1350 USD per month)
-Manager (Gross 1350 – 2500 USD per month)
Allowance(s): Meal / Transportation
Bonus and Incentives: Minimum 2-month fixed bonus / Governed under VN law

JOB DUTIES
Report to Japanese Business Development Director
Assigned to Factory Automation Division
Main Tasks:
-Conceptualize and implement marketing strategies to meet the company’s business objectives including strategic marketing plan, as well as planning and execution of the marketing & promotional activities.
-Manage all the product catalogues, A&P materials, sales & marketing kits, etc.
-Plan and implement website related strategies and marketing activities such as seminars, road shows and exhibitions for Vietnam.
-Participate in ad-hoc projects such as product promotions, market surveys, etc.
-Work closely with Sales Team to share market intelligence and when implementing promotional activities.
-Monitor the effectiveness of sales and promotions activities against KPIs and sales targets.
-Collate and analyze statistical data on market/customers/sales/inventory to develop leads for potential business opportunities.
-Analyze industry trends, customer database and competitors, generate periodic reports and formulate strategies to boost sales.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:

-Qualifications: Minimum Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalents
-Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English is necessary, and Japanese is preferred
-Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in B2B Marketing, Sales & Promotion, preferably in the same industry or in a Trading Company
-Analytical skills and quantitative skills are required
-A strategic thinker and problem solver. Self-motivated and target driven.
-Able to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Access
