<Position Objective/Expectation > -Support for a license application for imported goods, management of import process, Language translation for product labels <Job Responsibilities> - Check in advance whether or not products to be imported from Japan can be imported. Register import-related license applications (NOC, TCCS, QR, etc.) with government agencies. - After obtaining permission, conduct ordering and trading business with the Japanese head office and customers in Vietnam. - Translation work for packages and materials. - Create label content for imported goods and upload information to make a label system - Label inventory management and ordering operations. - Translation work for packages and materials. Pre-check of HS code. - Import license application business: trade business = 70%: 30%
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Language: Business level in Japanese (N2) ・Can read ＆ Write in English ・Age: 25-30 ・Bachelor's degree ・Bright and cooperative person ・Having more than 3y working experience in Japanese companies (Being able to wear makeup when working) ・Having good knowledge of the Import process & wide trade process ・As a start-up company, this person must have high work motivation and challenge to work hard. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Having working experiece in trading company ・Having good knowledge of approval for Authorization Application of import cosmetics or supplements for health ・Having Good knowledge of Import-Export ・Loving Japanese culture and willing to listen to different opinions ・Being able to handle situations, can recognize your own mistakes ・Good communication skills in both Japanese ＆English ・Interested in cosmetic ＆ daily necessities ・Can work with multitasking ・Able to seek and respond to own mistakes
