<Products: Law consulting services > <Clients: Mainly Japanese firms > <Saturday Working: If work required > <Main responsibility> - Searching laws and assisting partners/senior associates to provide legal advice to clients, which are practical and commercial; - Performing due diligence exercises, providing first review and/or first draft of transaction agreements (SPA, SSA, SHA, Charter, etc.…), financial agreements (loan agreement, credit facility agreements, etc.…) and other necessary documents/agreements upon instructions by clients - Advising, drafting, submitting and following application documents for licensing works; - Translating and proofreading documents - Liaising relevant authorities for their opinion/clarification.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: At least from Bachelor Degree of Law - Experience: From 1 - 4 years Post-Qualified Experience with preference in the relevant experience in M&As, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Finance and/or general corporate - Having a good command of English - Gender: any - Age: 23 - 32 years old <Preferable requirements> - Those who are conscious of confidentiality obligation because they deal with confidential information as a law firm and who is trustworthy - Reasonable distance from home and commuting time - Can use Japanese <Interview Schedule: 4 interview rounds: - Round 1: Vietnamese Senior Lawyer - Round 2: Vietnamese Partner - Round 3: Japanese General Director - Round 4: Japanese Partner in Japan
