Job Description
<Job Description> - Execute installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems (Air Conditioning, Air Handling Units (AHU), Chillers, Ventilation systems). - Perform diagnostic checks and equipment calibration/inspection (Temperature sensors, pressure sensors, expansion valves). - Execute preventive maintenance: filter replacement, coil cleaning, perform predictive checks, and refrigerant checks. - Provide recommendations on maintenance plans and spare parts. - Other departmental duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Requirements> - Education: Intermediate Vocational Degree (Trung cấp) or higher in Refrigeration/HVAC. - Age: 20 years old and above. - Gender: Male/Female. - Foreign Language: Not required. - Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with industrial refrigeration/HVAC systems in a factory setting. - Knowledge: + Knowledge of equipment maintenance procedures. + Knowledge of measuring instruments such as flow sensors, pressure sensors, level sensors, temperature sensors, etc. + HVAC Certification is a plus/advantage. + Proficient in using computers and basic applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Ability to read and understand technical drawings/design blueprints. + Priority for candidates with experience in coffee factories. - Skills: + Problem-solving and analytical skills. + Adherence to Safety Procedures: LOTO procedure (Lockout/Tagout), workplace safety, and company regulations. + Ability to organize work and manage assigned tasks.
