<Job Responsibilities> - Responsible for Project Planning and Scheduling, Cost Estimating, and Monitoring Policies to mitigate risk. - Provide guidance and consultation for Project Managers. - Familiar with a variety of fields’ concepts, practices, and procedures. - Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. - Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others. - A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. - Typically reports to the Head of a Unit/ Department, including the company's QM System as well as QS.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age & Gender: Male or Female, from 24 to 27 years old ・Education: University Degree with related Faculty ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience in Civil Engineering ・Abilities/Skills Requirements: - Good at Microsoft Office - Additional relevant Competency Licenses or Certificates are an advantage. - Well understand the regulations related to quality management the construction works - Willing to work under high pressure at the site - Positive attitude, responsible, and hard-working <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese language proficiency (equivalent to JLPT N2)
