Job Description

<Job Responsibilities> 
・Manage the machines that slit roll films.
・If there is a problem with the machinery on the production line, rectify the problem.
・Check the efficiency of the production line and improve productivity.
・Support the machine environment to ensure smooth production
・In the future, manage subordinates and personnel, and conduct training.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Qualification: University degree, major in Science, Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering
・Language Skills: Japanese - Business Level (N2 or higher) 
・Experience: 
- Have 3 years of experience as a Production Engineer in manufacturing companies
- Experience working at a Japanese company
- Have knowledge of manufacturing machinery
・Can use PC　(Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Have experience in Film Factory Production
・Has knowledge of slit processing, machining
