<Job Responsibilities> - Developing speciality chemicals sales to existing and new customers. - Providing chemistry technical support to all sales activities. - Anticipating client needs and developing solutions to meet those needs. - Sourcing new potential accounts, new markets for business developments - Looking for new opportunities or chemicals/products that customers are looking for to improve their operations. - Partly responsible for achieving the monthly & annual budgeted sales targets for the department. - Maintaining a high standard of communication and support, regular customers’ visits and reporting to the Manager.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Any - Age: 35 - 40 - Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Chemical/ Petrochemicals/Environmental - Language: English -Business Level - Experience: + Minimum 5 years of experience in Chemicals or Water & Wastewater treatment fields + Experience in sales, business development of chemical is preferable. + Familiarity with water/wastewater treatment is an advantage. <Personalities> : - PowerPoint for presentation, communication and reporting. - Good soft skills: communication /positive conversation, negotiation, team work - Enthusiastic about learning new topics, especially technical issues. - Performs well or tries his/her best even under high pressure - Able to work independently or in a team < Preferable> : - Can speak Japanese
