<Job Responsibilities> We are recruiting electrical engineers in anticipation of future demand. Our engineers are expected not only to handle technical engineering tasks but also to participate in proposal development, sales support, contract negotiation, and overall project management—from acquisition to completion. You do not need to be able to perform all tasks from the beginning; however, we seek individuals with initiative and a strong sense of responsibility, who are motivated to grow with our company. This is a role where you can find both challenge and fulfillment. - On-site installation support and construction management for LED lighting, solar panels, temperature and humidity sensors, etc. - Sales and order surveys (lighting height surveys, crane installation pre-checks, etc.), and support for technical proposals to sales. - Meetings and coordination with customer factory personnel. - Liaison with construction companies and preparation of estimates. - Reporting to superiors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: College and above ・Gender: Male only ・Age: 26～35 ・Language: Japanese or English intermediate (to communicate with Japanese GD) ・Experience: 3+ years of experience in electrical construction management ・Otherː ‐ Not a job hopper (more than 2 years of experience at one company) ‐ Responsible and proactive personality <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese business level ・Experience in Electrical Engineering at subcontractors ・Experience with LED lights, solar panels, and other similar products
