<Main responsibilities> We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Sales professional to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City. You will be crucial in driving the sales of our advanced Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) contact lens products to private hospitals. - Focus on business development and expanding our new client base. - Proactively approach and build relationships with ophthalmologists and medical professionals at hospitals. - Provide in-depth product knowledge about Ortho-K and consult on suitable solutions for clients. - Ensure achievement of sales KPI targets. - Participate in training and coaching sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. * Orthokeratology (Ortho-K) contact lenses are worn while sleeping. Upon waking, the eyeball is reshaped by the lens, allowing for clear vision throughout the day even after the lenses are removed. Additionally, they help control myopia (nearsightedness).
Job Requirement
<Essential Requirements> ・Education: Must hold an Optometrist certificate (graduated from an ophthalmology department at a medical university in Hanoi or HCMC). ・Age: 24 - 30 ・Foreign language: Not required ・Experience & Skills: Proven work experience (fresh graduates will not be considered). - Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to develop new clients and handle sales pressure. - Friendly, personable, and able to build strong relationships with clients. - Highly responsible and proactive at work. < Preferred Requirements> - Age: Preferably candidates in their early 20s who can grow with the company long-term. - Language: English Business Level
