<Job Responsibilities> • To achieve each sales KPI, include Sell-In amount, Sell-Through amount, Sell-Out amount, Number of Active Stores, Sales expenses, and so on. • To proactively formulate sales strategies and tactics to achieve targets based on accurate analysis of the sales situation and agreement with management. And then to execute each strategy and tactic. • To manage and guide all TT sales team members (Sales Supervisor, Sales Planner, Senior Sales Representative, and Sales Representative) • To develop new sales areas according to management’s requirements.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: around 30 years old ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Having at least 2 years experience as a Sales Manager for TT channel in a Food Manufacturing company. ・Commencement: Immediately (*Sooner is better). ・Good at PC Skills ・Having reporting skills <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Have good English skills ・Good understanding KPI active ・Good understanding Japanese company culture
