Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Overall accounting operations for a manufacturing company (journal entries, ledger management, and financial closing) - Support for cost accounting as well as monthly and yearly financial closing - Review and management of contracts - Ability to perform tasks flexibly in an environment without ERP (managed using Excel) - Communication and coordination with the accounting firm - Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Female preferred ・Age: 34 years or older ・Education: University graduate ・Language: English – intermediate (for internal use) ・Experience - At least 3 years of experience as a Chief Accountant in a manufacturing company - Experience in cost accounting - Experience working in a small organization or a startup/set-up company – able to handle multiple roles flexibly rather than in a strictly divided structure ・Other / Additional Requirements - Possession of a Chief Accountant qualification - Ability to work flexibly within a team or organization
