Job Description
- Make quotation of product
- Manage and keep track with order process
- Keep contact with parent company, factory, and supplier
- Deal with suppliers, visit them when needed
- Find new suppliers in Vietnam
- Maintain existing clients and develop new clients network, visit clients in Vietnam and keep good relationship with clients in ASEAN by email, phone.
- Business trip to local factories
- Other task will be assign by manager
Essential requirement:
-Qualification: Bachelor Degree
-Language Skills: Japanese business level (N2)and English Conversational (reading & writing)
-Experience as Sales support or purchasing/chief supplier for more than 3 years in any industries
