Position: Japanese Speaking Sales (Trading company)
Level: Staff (Future Leader)
Contract Term: Permanent

Work Location: District 1, HCMC
Work Time:
Monday-Friday (8am-5pm)
Allowance(s): Fuel fee for bike/ Mobile /Business trip allowance.
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Bonus 2 times per year/ June. December, Incentives
Benefit(s): Under VN law, Annual Leave 12days per year / Insurance /Company trip/
Selection Process: 4 rounds (face-to-face)
First-Japanese MG (2 Japanese)
Second-VN leader
Third-Trial accompany for half day
Final-Discussing about final decision of each other.
Others: career path: Future leader of Sales Department.
JOB DUTIES:
Report to Japanese Manager
Manage (2 VN in the future)
Assigned to Sales Department / Team with 2 VN members (detailed structure if possible)
VN sales members 2-3
Job Responsibilities:
- Contact customers, explain product features, answer any questions that their customers may have, and negotiate prices.
- Approach for mainly existing customer in industry area.
- Ask about client’s demands and suggest them the most ideal solutions about tools for manufacturing machines.
- Clients are mainly Japanese manufacturing companies in industry area.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Desirable Background & Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree
- Certificate: more than N4
- Language Skills: Japanese more than N4/ equivalent to N4 conversational is OK
- Experience in.Sales in any industry
- Others (Preferable):CDDs who would like to work for a long term (at least 3 years)
Desirable Character:
- Gender: any
- Age: Male (27-30) Female (25-30)
- Personality: Cheerful, honest, faithful, patient, responsible, sociable, trustworthy, neat
- Other notes to make ideal candidates: Who has willing to work for a long years.
