Working in a team of 4 memeber
Support Japanese Director to handle clients for enquiries, sales order, Marketing Research...
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and build long-term customer relationship.
Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business.
Prepare client meeting material, proposal and assist in client presentation.
Closely communicate and coordinate with team members and all business partners to ensure smooth operation and service deliveries.
Finally develop and implement digital marketing strategies and direct the execution.
Following sale support tasks for all clients such as: quotation, contract, acceptance sheet, NDA, …
Other tasks are assigned by Japanese Director.
Job Requirement
Essential Requirement:
More than 2 years-experience of Sale support/Customer service in any Industry
Fluent in Japanese (Japanese Language Proficiency Test – N2 or above)
Competent in MS Office skills are required.
Referral Requirement:
Strong marketing sense and great passion for Internet industry is preferred
Digital marketing experience is an advantage
Responsibility / Hospitality for member and client
Self-motivated, strong interpersonal skill and able to work under pressure
Good communication and negotiation skills
English is a plus
Self-time management
Willing to learn and contemplation for things
