Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
Cooperate with Japanese Deputy Manager,mainly this position take care existing client.
・Deepen the relationship of existing clients and perform sale activities.
・Visit existing client to propose their products and gather market information like production schedule,production amount, competitor information etc...
・Contact with Supplier, ask products price, negotiation, check delivery schedule etc.. (Suppliers are in Japan, Hong Kong. They will use English)
・Prepare Trading related documents for shipping, quotation etc...
・Support Business trip staff from Japan. Attend meeting together and Interpret between Vietnamese and Japanese.
・Go to port when the products(scrap iron) are delivered from other country
・Report to Japanese Deputy Manager
・Other tasks assigned by managers
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: 25-30 years old (Must be under 30)
・Gender:Any
・Education: Bachelor Degree
・Language: Japanese conversational level and English Business level
・Experience: More than 1 year experience in Sales, Sales support, import/export, Buyer experience in Any industry
・The person who is willing to work as Sales
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working Experience in Japanese or MNC company
・Working in Iron/Steel industry
・Study experience in Japan or Other foreign country
