JOB DUTIES

Report to Japanese BD Manager and General Director

Main Tasks:

-Analyze market situation and customers’ requirement

-Based on above, create reasonable and sharp sales strategy, action plan, and goals

-Lead sales team strongly to achieve above sales strategy

-Create proper sales tools, incentive programs, and monitoring tools under strong collaboration with Business Development manager

-Organize strong sales team including recruiting and education

-Maintain customer database properly

-Liaise with Business development team or other departments, respond to customer requirement and claim

-Carry out new business research activities which include data collection on market, competitor analysis, consumer preferences and market share

-Collate statistics and general reports


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must:

-Gender: Any

-Age: Any

-Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree

-Languages: Fluent in both written and spoken English

-At least 2-3 years’ experience in leading sales or equivalent team

-Strong leadership skills with high energy, result oriented mind

-Require high logical thinking and good communication skills

-Japanese written and speaking is highly appreciated

-Good time management skills and generate good team working

-Competent in MS office, and MS Access skills are required

-High ethical and standards moral are strongly required
