§  Bonus and Incentives: 13^th month bonus

JOB DUTIES:

§  Report to Vietnamese AMG(33 Male)

§  Assigned to QC Department

§  Manage 30 staffs

§  Job Responsibilities:

-          Follow up production schedule and follow up daily result.

-          Report the monthly defect rate to QC Manager and Japanese General Director.

-          Make the employee shift.

-          Undertake other necessary assignments requested by Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

§  Desirable Background & Experience:

-          Qualification: Bachelor Degree

-          Language Skills: Japanese more than N3

-          Experience in working as same position in Manufacturing factory

-          good knowledge about QC seven tools

-          have good management skill and experience
