Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Creating a development schedule based on the roadmap and epics. - Creating, executing, and reporting on 1–2-week development sprints. - Defining completion criteria for backlog tasks and creating tickets for each sprint. - Providing initial responses to inquiries from stakeholders and system incidents. - Building relationships with all project stakeholders, including SWEs, PdMs, and Customer Support. - Defining KPIs to improve development productivity and operations.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent to N2 level or higher) and English - Conversational Level (equivalent to CEFR B1, IELTS 5.5 or higher) ・Experience: - Around 5 years as a Project Manager in IT industry - Experience managing tasks and schedules for more than two weeks using tools such as ClickUp and Jira ・Skills: - Ability to define or explain system specifications based on business requirements - Document creation skills using tools such as Notion, Google Docs, and spreadsheets - Prioritizing tasks with BizDev, SWEs, and PdMs - Ability to manage tight schedules <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Visualizing the development team's productivity and measuring product effectiveness through KPI setting, and improving them ・Monitoring various post-release product KPIs such as Conversion Rate and Retention Rate ・Agile Scrum Master ・Experience as a SWE, UI/UX designer, etc. ・Data analysis and table definition using SQL ・Mentoring experience for junior project managers, IT communicators, etc. <Screening Criteria> ・Ability to identify and solve problems for the assigned team and users ・Willingness to collaborate with team members and enjoy teamwork ・Interest in learning and applying new technologies
