Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Designing, building, and operation of the IT environment used by employees
- Verification and introduction of various IT equipment and SaaS
- Establishment of rules and manuals for using internal systems and IT equipment
- IT asset management (PCs, smart devices, software, account management, etc .)
- Monitoring of internal networks and terminals
- Internal system-related interactions with SaaS vendors and distributors
- Internal help desk
- Support for employees in improving work efficiency using IT
- Evaluation and proposals for the internal application of new technologies
- Other tasks from the Japanese side.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Graduated from College/ University with major in Information Technology
・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (equivalent to N3)
・Experience & knowledge & skills:
- Experience in verifying the introduction of various IT services and IT equipment
- Experience in devices using asset management tools
- Experience in operating IDaaS
- Basic operation and knowledge of Windows and macOS
- Manual creation and management
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experience in designing, building, and operating internal networks
・Experience in designing, building, and operating firewalls
・Experience in internal information systems
・English reading ability
