<Report Line : Japanese Manager > <Team Member: 1 persons (some of workers) > <Number of Subordinates: some of workers > <Products: Visual & Sound Component Products ( LCD "Liquid crystal display" and Acoustic parts) > <Clients: Domestic and Southeast Asia's manufacturing company > <Job Responsibilities> - Main task : Manage production plan in back office (PC Work) - Make a plan by looking at the number of orders - Manage all activities related to production （Manage order acceptance using in Excel ) -Adjust the site according to the production plan from production control - Improve production efficiency - Placing personnel according to production plan - Manage progress of production according to plan - Perform other temporary tasks required by the production manager <Saturday Working: Every other week >
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Age : 27-45 - Gender : Any - Japanese level : Business above N2 ( using in internal meeting in overseas head) - English level : Conversation ( using in reading text) - Having understand relationship with Chinese staff & Japanese Staff - Experience in line management and staff management of manufacturing industry - PC Skill : Excel ( use for Management production ) - Bachelor Degree <Preferable Skill / Experience> ‐ Qualification: Bachelor Degree of industrial ‐ Language Skill : Chinese language (They will import parts from China) ‐ Experienced at assistant in Japanese company or foreign company - Knowledge for ISO approval.
