Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. ・Language: English Conversational (good reading, writing) and Japanese conversational (N3 and above) ・Having 5 years’ experience in similar positions (Proficient in C# and OOP) ・Experienced in managing team with at least 3-5 people ・Experience in designing and developing large-scale systems with complex business ・Good at logical thinking and good at math. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experienced in Agile/Scrum ・CAD system development experience ・Knowledge about Revit or Auto CAD, 3D graphics programming ・Knowledge and interests in architecture, construction, plants, etc. ・High interest in various programming languages and coding, mathematics (Optimization) ・Advanced mathematical knowledge such as optimization ・Japanese skills
