Job Description
<Job responsibility>
- Introducing, improving, and maintaining IT systems and related facilities in the Hanoi office and the Ho Chi Minh City branch (Including obtaining necessary management approvals (Kessai) for procurement, relevant payment tasks, and communication with HQs/internal staff/external providers in Japanese).
- Introducing, maintaining, and improving the Information Security and Access Control System of the Office.
- Introducing, utilizing, and improving useful applications offered by HQ (e.g., Microsoft Office 365) in order to strengthen knowledge management and enhance productivity and efficiency of administrative and operational tasks.
- Providing necessary guidance and consultation regarding internal systems (e.g., Electric Kessai System)
- Maintaining of multifunctional printers and copy machines.
- Maintaining firefighting facilities at the office and serving as the designated Fire Safety Officer in liaison with the building management.
- Taking care of various digital subscriptions (news service, legal library, etc.)
- Performing supporting activities for other tasks of the General Affairs Unit as necessary.
- Other tasks assigned by the Chief Representative
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience>
・Education: Bachelor's degree and above
・Age: 27-35
・Gender: Any
・Language: Have both below languages:
- Japanese: business level (N2 equivalent and above, certificate needed)
- English: business level (TOEIC 600 points or equivalent level and above is preferable).
・Experience: More than 3 years full-time working experiences in IT system management
- Strong skills with computers, including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Eligible to provide great support to colleagues with IT related issues, including sharing IT technical tips and tricks from beginner to expert level.
