<Number of employees : Total: 320 (Group) Japanese: 4 > <Report Line: JP Accounting & Administration General Manager > <Team Member: 1 person in this company, around 10 in the whole group> <Number of Subordinates: Will be 1 person > <Products: Food trading, Distribution > <Clients: Japanese and local, MNC FMCG industry > <Saturday Working: No > <Job summary> With the expansion of distribution operations, this role will drive the implementation of systems, including WMS (Warehouse Management System) and TMS (Transportation Management System), as well as the standardization and oversight of IT infrastructure. You will cover four locations in Ho Chi Minh City and one in Hanoi, optimizing IT operations for each warehouse. Furthermore, in the future, you will also be expected to promote IT across the entire Vietnam Group. <Job Responsibilities> ・Planning, operation, and deployment of WMS/TMS and similar systems (based on client's requirements). ・Identifying IT issues in warehouse and delivery operations and proposing improvements. ・Centralized management and establishment of support systems for IT equipment and systems at each location. ・Negotiation and contract management with external vendors. ・Formulating group-wide IT policies and promoting standardization. ・Developing infrastructure such as internal networks, security measures, and IT education.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Gender: Any ・Age: 28 - 35 ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher (e.g., Information Technology, Information Systems, or related major). ・Language: Intermediate Level in English or Japanese ・Experience: - More than 5 years of IT management experience - IT Project management experience. <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Experience with WMS/TMS is welcome. ・Practical experience in the distribution or logistics industry is a plus.
