Report line: Japanese manager Department to be assigned: Sale Department (4 members) Responsible for translation; departments support and public relations tasks as follow: 1. Translation (support 3 teams) a. VN team (Design div.-Project Dept., Sales div. and Construction div.) - Project related Documents (contract etc.) - Internal and external MTG assistance - Other requested translation tasks b. Design team - Meeting assistance with Japanese Designers c. CG team - Meeting assistance with Japanese Designers and Vietnamese Leaders d. Admin - Accounting Documents - HR Documents - G.A Documents - Any other documents upon request e. FC Headquarter support - Meeting assistance - Seminar assistance 2. SUPPORT a. Search Information for sales activities b. Contact with suppliers, subcontractors and clients c. Document input & others d. Arranging photo shooting 3. Public Relations a. Activities related to - Worker's Resort - Vietnam website - Social media such as Facebook, etc. - Other necessary media upon request includes: Translating documents; Writing Article; Interviewing; Collecting information
Job Requirement
Essential requirement: - Bachelor Degree - Japanese euqal to N2; able to translate, interpret documents, meeting etc. - Basic English skill - Fresh graduate candidate is ok to apply - Good soft skills especially communication, negotiation and time-management skills Preferable requirement: - Have experience working in Japanese company or at Japan
