<Job Responsibilities> - Participate in software development projects for the Japanese market. - Manage projects as leader or Project Manager. - Understand the requirements of customers. - Make and manage the schedule of development. - Create specifications according to the requirements and explain it to clients and members accurately. - Review test cases and test results to ensure product quality. - Final check the product to ensure to satisfies the requirement. - Other tasks assigned by the Japanese / Vietnamese manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education: Bachelor - Gender: Any - Age: 25-39 - Language: Japanese Business Level (N2 or above) - Over 3 years of experience in the IT field and over 1 year of experience as BrSE in the IT field - Having project management skills (Be able to explain the overview of the project by yourself) <Personality / Soft skill > - Always work with a mindset that prioritizes valuing others and cooperating with all members of the company - Be able to build and keep a good relationship with members and clients - Positive thinking, high responsibility <Preferable> - Education: Bachelor's degree in IT Major - Knowledge of software development processes - Knowledge of agile, scrum - Have experience in request definition with clients directly - Can write the basic design documents of the software - Good multi-task skills
