<Job Responsibilities> : 1. Common : - Internal control and compliance (including J-SOX) - Preparation of accounting and financial materials for the Japan head office (consolidation packages, etc.) - ERP (SAP) operation and improvement - Preparation and update of financial and accounting-related procedures - Management and development of local staff 2. Accounting: - Monthly and annual financial results (VAS and IFRS basis) - Financial statement preparation, reporting, and audit support - Tax filing, tax audit response 3. Finance: - Cash flow and cash flow management - Execute and monitor payment transactions in compliance with company policies.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, Languages, etc. ・Female, over 35 years old ・Language: Japanese at Business level and English at Intermediate level ・Experience: - Minimum 7 years of practical experience in accounting and finance operations - Experience in department management or team leadership (3 or more members) - Having a Chief Accountant Qualification in Vietnam - Experience in creating monthly and annual financial statements - Experience in tax filing, various audits, external relations with tax authorities, etc - Bank-related work - IT Skills: Excel Intermediate Level, Basic Operation Skills of Accounting Software < Other Experience> : - Experience in internal control and J-SOX support, knowledge of compliance - Experience in implementing and operating ERP (SAP, etc.) - Transfer pricing tax compliance - Interest in Sustainability/ESG Accounting - IFRS Work Experience - Experience reporting to the Japan headquarters and the Japan bosses - Systems: Experience in implementing and operating ERP (SAP, etc.) <Preferable Skill > : - Certifications: CTA（Certificate for Practicing Service on Tax Procedure） - International Experience: Work experience in Japan or ASEAN countries - Industry Experience: Accounting and finance experience in the manufacturing industry
