1. Payroll & Contracts
- Manage labor contracts and probation agreements
- Handle monthly payroll, including salary calculation and payslip distribution
- Oversee social insurance registration and compliance
2. HR System Management
- Maintain and manage employee data on the MISA HR system
3. Recruitment
- Coordinate and execute recruitment for both corporate staff and factory workers
4. HR Administration & Development
- Review and update HR policies and regulations, ensuring proper implementation
- Conduct staff performance evaluations
- Develop and implement HR development initiatives and loyalty programs
- Responsible for Work Permit (WP) applications for Japanese employees
- Plan and coordinate internal company events
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education: Bachelor's Degree
・Language: English - Business Level
・Experience: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a Human Resources role, preferably within large-scale companies (over 100 employees), including experience in a managerial or leadership capacity
・Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HR management systems
・Honest, diligent, eager to learn, and proactive in work
・Strong communication and reporting skills in English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing
