Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> ・Design of interior spaces for tenant areas and common areas within a commercial complex ・Participate in design coordination meetings with owners, tenants, and interior contractors ・Create floor plans, elevations, and other related drawings and documents using AutoCAD ・Conduct site surveys and oversee design implementation in coordination with construction companies ・Engage in internal and client communication in English when necessary ・Perform other duties as assigned by the project owner
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: Bachelor's degree or technical college (Senmon) graduate ・Gender: Any ・Age: 26-35 years old ・Language: English, Intermediate level ・Experience: Minimum 4 years of practical experience in interior design ・Other: Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications < Preferred Skills / Experience> ・Experience in commercial facilities, hotels, or office interior design ・Japanese language skills (a plus) <Preferred personality> ・A team player with strong adaptability and flexibility ・Excellent time and project management skills; able to handle multiple projects simultaneously ・Ability to accurately understand project design concepts and translate them into tangible results
