<Job Responsibilities>

Job description
Experience in the production of HVAC system design deliverables, (eg. air / water cooled condensers, heat pumps and heat recovery and cooling systems of varying types, BMS)
Experience in the design of HVAC systems for cooling industrial process and commercial environments.
Well verse chiller plant design, knowledge of IAQ for buildings’ health will be advantage.
Experience with LEEDs requirement, and E20 HAP software
Working closely with customer/consultants for managing project engagement and leads report, proposal making, submissions, negotiation, review meetings with technical queries
Support internal and external customer on pre-sales engagement and product training.

Required Candidate profile

Hands on experience in HVAC Pre Sales (minimum 10 years)
Should be technically and commercially competent
Willing to travel across assign area ( Hanoi – HCM)


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Age: 35 - 45. Gender: Any
- Experience: At least 10 years working experience in the same industry which includes at least 7 years as Project Sales Manager position and some years working as Pre-sales/ Sales Engineer in MNC companies
- Language: English - Business Level
- Deep understanding about the products and the market, which includes competitors' products, products' features and competitive advantages and disadvantages
- Understand and have experience of working in the whole value chain
- Be able to build good networking and relationship with developers, architectures, projects and buildings owners
- Personalities, Knowledge and Skills:

- Be able to go on business trip frequently
