Job Description
<Job Summary> We are engaged in the production of architectural and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings in Vietnam, specializing in creating MEP design and construction drawings using BIM (Building Information Modeling). We handle a wide range of projects for the Japanese market, including urban development, factories, office buildings, and hospitals. <Job Responsibilities> - Create 3D MEP models from 2D drawings of HVAC and sanitary equipment. - Create MEP models based on equipment specifications and system diagrams. - Integrate MEP models with structural and architectural models and adjust clearances. - Propose and create reports on methods to avoid interference areas. - Create reports on areas where clearances cannot be met. - Create MEP models according to established rules. - Work as a team to advance projects under the guidance of the leader.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 23 ~ 30 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor's Degree or above ・Foreign Language: None ・Experience: - At least 2 year of experience as a MEP Designer or Engineer in the construction industry ・Can use design software (AutoCAD or other 2D CAD software is acceptable). <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese language skills ・Revit or Rebro experience
