<Job responsibility> ・Create structural design drawings based on Japanese building standards and client requirements. ・Modeling work using primarily BIM (Revit). ・Reviewing and correcting design drawings and BIM models. The position is expected to be promoted to leadership roles in the future.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Foreign Language: Japanese at Intermediate (internal communication, N2 level) ・Experience: 2+ years of experience in architectural design or construction drawings ・Can use design software (AutoCAD or other 2D CAD software is acceptable). ・Others: Those with more experience can be offered higher-level positions <Preferable Skill / Experience> ・Japanese Business level ・Revit experience ・Rebro experience
