Job Description

<Position Objectives>
The B2B Sales will develop new direct business opportunities and maximize business potential from these markets to achieve set sales targets. The role also provides insights to the Sales and Product Marketing Manager for their decision-making and strategic direction.

<Job Responsibilities>
• Formulate, plan & implement creative sales strategies to create demand and opportunities, maximize market penetration, and accelerate sales growth development.
• Explore and identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement in sales and actively promote the company’s products and image to the related customers' market coverage.
• Perform sales forecasting and customer relationship management.
• Arrange product demonstrations and benchmark tests for major account customers.
• Conduct market research on competitors’ performance/activity and pricing.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects or assignments as directed by the Direct Manager

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Language: English - Business Level
- Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, majors in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing are preferable
- Experience: 
+ From 3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the IT industry, including printers, scanners, digital imaging equipment, and software,e is preferable 
+ Project working experience with State agencies is a must 
- Others: 
+ Self-motivated and independent, with a strong ownership of responsibilities 
+ Results-oriented, with an awareness of industry trends, market, and competitors’ activity 
+ Honest, discreet, and with a high level of integrity  
+ Influential personality with strong problem-solving and negotiating skills  
+ Strong business relationship management skills
