Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Oversee all production and warehouse activities to ensure the products are produced according to specifications, work instructions, good manufacturing practices, and delivered on time • Make production and delivery plans to ensure the requirements of the customers are met, use the right labor and materials, as well as the right equipment for each order. • Strongly involved in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities. Work with maintenance and QC departments to analyze and find the cause to fix defective product specifications and production or warehouse operation problems. • Optimize the operations, processes, and equipment to achieve the best line efficiency and performance, and minimize the manufacturing losses. Involved in the design of the layout and equipment when necessary. • Ensure the identified development plan and assure the competencies of his/her team (incl. Temporary people, as per the agreed plan with the Manager (proper training, including equipment, safety procedures, hygiene). • Coach employees to fulfill and exceed the requirements of the job. • Implement and monitor the implementation of safety regulations, maintain 5S hygiene standards in the production and warehouse area. Enforce strict compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) by all personnel within the line. • Checks and correctly reports the production outputs, work in processes, and materials usage on a daily basis. Take appropriate actions if needed. • Manage and handle damaged goods, non-conforming products in the Warehouse. • Other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: University Degree with a major in technical background, food processing ・Language: English or Japanese - Business Level ・Experience: At least 03 years of experience at the same position in manufacturing companies • Team management experience required. • Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint, etc. • High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit, strong ability to deal with emergencies. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Team player with good communication skills. • Lean manufacturing qualifications will be an advantage. • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety. <Preferred Skills> < Experience in the food and beverage industry.
