Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
- Responsible for achieving the sales target for motorcycles in Vietnam.
- Handle daily sales activities at the Showroom.
- Manage the sales process to monitor the performance of the entire sales team, continuously improve, and adapt to market conditions.
- Manage sales KPIs, provide timely support and guidance to all sales staff to meet monthly KPIs.
- Monitor and direct how sales staff achieve their individual goals.
- Ensure sales staff are well-trained, motivated, and always ready when needed.
- Track sales history, vehicle history, customer history, and follow up on tasks on the CRM system.
- Manage inventory at the showroom, liaise with other departments to ensure vehicles are always ready for retail sales.
- Manage and execute weekly and monthly sales reports and sales KPI reports.
- Periodically conduct sales skills training for all staff to enhance selling skills, negotiation skills, and closing skills, as well as to improve customer relationships.
- Monitor market activities of competitors and provide regular market reports.
- Propose annual sales strategies and promotional campaigns, coordinating with other departments when necessary.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Participate in all sales and community events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
<Requirements>
- Education: University graduate (Bachelor of Business or a related field).
- Foreign Language: English - Business Level Proficiency.
- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in the motorcycle or automotive retail sector.
- Knowledge of motorcycle products and dealership operations.
- Excellent customer service skills.
