<Number of employees: Total: 100> <Report Line: Vietnamese Country Manager (Vietnamese)> <Team Member: 2 people> <Products: Food Ingredients, food additives (Food, Beverages, Nutraceuticals, Health Supplements)> <Clients: Mainly Japanese companies,/ manufacturing companies, etc> <Saturday Working: NO> <Job Responsibilities> - Keeping and expanding an existing business in the Food ingredients field - Developing new business in the field - Coordinating with the Customer Service Department to meet customer ‘s demands - Managing complex negotiations with senior-level executives - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers - Controlling stock - Other tasks as required by the manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Gender: Any - Age: 25 - 32 - Qualification: Bachelor of Science in Food, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Bio-chemical - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development in Food, Food Ingredient or Health Ingredient or Nutritional Supplements - Others: + Ability to think strategically + Effective influencer and collaborator + Strong interpersonal skills; + Team Player with High energy level; + Strong analytical skills; + Detailed, organized, systematic; + Strong initiative and drive for results; + Customer-focused; + Able to work in a diverse and multi-cultural team setting <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Bio-chemical background is preferable
