Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Coordinate system repairs and monitor system performance - Maintain adequate parts inventory and order items as necessary - Supervise gardening/cleaning services - Inspect buildings’ structures to determine the need for repairs or renovations - Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs - Oversee and supervise a team of maintenance technicians - Execute equipment audits and record-taking - Coordinate with the Factory Manager on the implementation of new construction projects - Ensure compliance with all safety and security requirements
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: - More than 3 years of experience in facilities management position - Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices - Able to understand complex electrical, mechanical, and automation systems - Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems - Demonstrated leadership skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Excellent project management skills
