§ Work time: Monday - Friday (8:00am - 5:00pm)
§ Salary range: GROSS 700 - 1000 USD
JOB DUTIES
§ Job Responsibilities:
- Repair Quality
ü Ensure all endoscope repairs are carried out within targets set by Service Manager
ü Ensure the quality of all endoscope repairs comply with the manufacturers’ standards
ü Ensure proper and adequate tools and jigs are kept for smooth operation (a list of tools and jigs must be kept updated at all time and must be identifiable by labels and/or pictures and store in proper location)
ü Ensure all incoming endoscopes are properly reprocessed before the workshop
ü Do coming inspection for dedicated endoscopes; make sure all repaired endoscopes passed final inspection before return to customers
- Field Service Activities
ü Install new equipment
ü Contact customers and get periodic service contract
ü Fill out the required form for each case of installation/repair/service (installation protocol, technical checking report, parts order sheet, technical report…)
ü Explain regarding scope found users’ mishandling, no fault and within manufacturer standard
ü Visit customers and investigate reasons for rejection of repaired scope
JOB REQUIREMENTS
§ Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electronics or Biomedical Engineering
- Language skill(s): English business level
- At least 2+ years of experience working at similar positions in medical equipment field (foreign companies are preferable)
§ Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Male preferable
- Age: Up to 35
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Personality: hard-working, self-motivated, good teamwork
- Willing to go on occasional business trips around the assigned market (from Danang to Camau)
