Job Description
<Expectation>
- In this position, your main responsibilities will be managing the design and assembly tasks requested by the headquarters in Japan.
- You will utilize your technical knowledge to coordinate tasks while communicating with other departments, the headquarters in Japan, and suppliers.
<Job Description>
・Product Development:
- Design and develop lighting equipment and other products for the Japanese market.
・Schedule Management:
- Manage development schedules to ensure timely project completion.
・Specification Meetings:
- Conduct specification meetings with stakeholders in Japan.
・Supplier Coordination:
- Hold specification meetings with suppliers to ensure product requirements are met.
・Documentation:
- Create necessary documents for production, including work standard manuals and label data.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Language: not required
・Experience:
- More than 4 years of experience in manufacturing design, not limited to lighting products.
- Experience in coordinating technical aspects with overseas headquarters and suppliers.
- Can use CAD (2D).
- Design and development work experience (not necessarily in lighting equipment).
- Knowledge of manufacturing (component processing, etc.).
