Job Description

<Job Responsibilities >
- Belong to the Agricultural Division (Seed Business) and take charge of field activities related to vegetables and flowers.
- Regularly visit farmers and landscapers to directly collect feedback on cultivation challenges and requirements.
- Provide on-site guidance on the cultivation methods and characteristics of the company’s vegetable and flower varieties, supporting their proper adoption.
- Conduct trial cultivation and demonstrations of new varieties in the field, and gather feedback from farmers and landscapers on their performance and results.
- Share market trends and cultivation needs obtained from the field with internal teams, contributing to variety improvement and product development.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote the introduction of new crops (vegetables and flowers) through cultivation workshops, field days, and similar events.
- Flexibly carry out field support and other related tasks as required.
*Visiting customers (locally) 2-3 times a week.
*After gaining practical experience in the field, you will have opportunities to challenge higher-level responsibilities in sales planning, business development, and marketing strategy.

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in agriculture)
- Gender: Any
- Age: 22-25 years old
- Language: English - Conversational Level
- Experience: None 
*Training is available even for those with no sales or seed industry experience.
