Job Description
<Job responsibilities> A) Company's in charge building • Support management planning tasks for the builfing, including preparing materials, internal coordination, and tracking action items. • Prepare and consolidate project financial reports, and support management/HQ reporting. • Support documentation management, including updating data sheets, organizing files, and maintaining project records. B) HRCC • Prepare meeting materials, manage schedules, and support weekly meetings. • Translate documents, reports, and communication materials (EN–VN–JP as required). • Act as a coordination point between departments to ensure smooth information flow and timely follow-up. C) All Properties in Charge • Prepare, consolidate, and report regular financial management statements. • Support the preparation and development of budget plans D) Other Tasks • Provide cross-department support as needed for operational coordination and project-related discussions. • Perform administrative, translation, and project support tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Foreign Languages, or related fields. ・Gender: Any ・Age: Under 30 ・Language: Japanese at Business level ・Experience: - Have 2–3 years of work experience, preferably in coordination, management support, real estate, or project-based roles. - Strong coordination, communication, and organizational skills; advanced Excel proficiency; MS Office proficiency. <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Experience in Japanese or foreign companies is an advantage - English skill is an advantage - Interest in real estate leasing/business operations (shopping malls, property management). - Experience in coordination, investment/management support, or preparing structured reports is an advantage. <Other> - Personality: Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, well-organized. - Soft skills: Multitasking, time management, teamwork, communication, MS Office
