Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> This position will be in charge of domestic and international sales of chemicals (primarily synthetic rubber-related) - Follow-up with existing domestic customers (regular visits with overseas suppliers every quarter). - Follow-up with existing overseas customers (including overseas business trips to Sri Lanka, India, China, Indonesia, etc.). - Frequent email correspondence with overseas suppliers (affiliated companies). - Developing new domestic and overseas customers and suppliers - Market research - Sales follow-up for the head office (Japan) (phone and email correspondence with existing overseas customers and the head office). - General trade practices (shipping arrangements, overseas credit management, etc.)
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor's Degree ・Age: Any ・Gender: Any ・Language: English - Business level (both for internal and external communications) ・Experience: - Have 3 years of work experience for a Japanese or MNC company - Have 3 years of experience in negotiating with overseas customers and suppliers - Have knowledge of the chemical industry (able to understand some technical details) - Ability to use MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Chemistry major at the university - Knowledge and connections in the same field - A bright and positive individual is preferred. <Personality> - Strong communication skills - Strong problem-solving skills - Logical thinking - Self-motivated
