Job Description
<Job responsibilities> A) Leasing activities • Source, approach, and negotiate with potential tenants to achieve approved tenant mix and occupancy targets. • Conduct leasing presentations, site inspections, and negotiate commercial terms. • Prepare Term Sheets/LOI and coordinate the internal approval procedures. • Draft and review Lease Agreements in cooperation with the Legal team. B) Coordination and documentation management • Work closely with Legal, Design, Technical, and Operation teams during the lease contracting, design review, fit-out, and handover processes. • Ensure accuracy and consistency of all leasing documents and maintain proper records. • Support marketing activities, tenant relationship management, and opening coordination. C) Market research & reporting • Conduct market surveys, benchmark rental rates, analyze competitors, and provide input for pricing strategy and management decisions. • Prepare periodic leasing reports and other documents as required by management. D) Other tasks • Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of Department
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher ・Gender: Any ・Age: Preferably under 35 years old ・Language: English at Business level ・Experience: Minimum 3 years of leasing experience in retail/shopping mall/commercial real estate <Preferable Skill / Experience > - Prefer candidates with leasing experience in F&B, fashion, beauty, and service industries - Japanese is an advantage <Other> • Personality: Active, business-minded, responsible, good communication and negotiation sense • Soft skills: Negotiation, presentation, communication, teamwork, time management
