<Job Responsibilities>
This position belongs to the Leasing & Marketing Department
- Source for prospective tenants for office and retail spaces.
- Conduct site visits to prospective tenants.
- Prepare and follow up with the leasing documents and negotiate with prospective tenants.
- Manage SNS for advertisements for the building (i.e Facebook, zalo, LinkedIn, etc).
- Propose marketing ideas and prepare marketing materials to discuss with the manager.
- Follow up with the tenant’s request on the lease during the lease term and support the accounting department in collecting rental payments (if necessary).
- Other tasks as required by the line manager.
Job Requirement
<Basic requirement>
・Education: Bachelor's degree
・Age: Under 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Language: English Business Level
・Working Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in the same position.
・Skills
- Have basic knowledge of regulations and laws related to real estate
- Understand the basic terms and conditions of the lease agreement
- Understand the real estate market and other factors affecting to real estate
- Have good communication skills and contract negotiation skills
- Skills in finding new tenants and taking care of existing tenants
・Computer skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
< Preferrable skill>
・Experience in a similar position in a foreign-affiliated company or in an office building of grade A or above
・Majors in real estate, marketing, law, foreign trade, foreign language, business administration are preferable
・Japanese skill

・Able to work independently or in groups under high pressure
