Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Manage Accounting team (3 ~ 5 staff) - Build up & manage an accounting control system to ensure the accounting jobs of the company follow the accounting principles & government law and respond to issue financial & internal reports accurately, timely, and sufficiently. - Be responsible for ensuring that all accounting and tax records are properly kept, and reports and filings are done in compliance with accounting and legal regulations, standards, internal policies, and procedures. - Check VAT, FCT, CIT, TP report, and Statutory Accounts for the entity as prescribed by the local authority - Responsible for full sets of accounts, month-end close reporting, quarterly forecast, and yearly budget preparation. - Work with external and internal auditors to prepare audited financial statements and ensure the reliability of the reports. - Review expenses and analyze operating expenses and budget variances with supported reasons. - Ensure the smooth running of the daily operation of the Finance and Accounts Department and manage subordinates. - Other Assigned work (if any).
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education background: Bachelor's Degree or higher (Majoring in Finance, Accounting, Auditing) - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + Have over 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager or Finance Manager. + Have tax inspection and audit experience at trading companies. + Have capacity and practical experience in building control systems and implementing ERP; tax settlement and explaining financial report data. - Required skills: + ERP System Implementation + Credit Risk Management + Financial Control + Account Payable & Account Receivable aging reports. + Financial Management + Financial Consulting + Transfer Pricing report + Time Management + Organization Skill + Team Management + Payroll management. + Strong knowledge of preparation of VAS reporting. + Strong knowledge of Vietnam taxation and accounting with experience in dealing with tax authorities. <Preferable Skills> - Experience using Bravo, Stravis, and Diva software is a plus. - Prefer candidate can take this job urgently.
