Job Description
<Job Responsibilities>
1) Equipment management:
- Building management such as electronics, air conditioning, and safety equipment.
- Communicate and coordinate with sub-contractor
2) Building management:
- Communication and coordination with security, cleaning
- Communicate with the construction company, construction management company and government until construction completion
**Title Assistant or Assistant Manager shall be decided upon the candidate's actual ability and experience.
Job Requirement
<Basic requirement>
・Age: 25-35
・Gender: Male only
・Education: Bachelor or above/mechanic degree is preferable
・Language: English Business Level or Japanese Business level for internal communication.
*Japanese-speaking candidate has to have reading and writing skill for English
・Experience: More than 3 years of experience as building management (managing the equipment or manage the building is fine)
<Preferable skill>
・Having engineer experience
・Knowledge of mechanic
・Graduated from mechanical major
